About the Falex-Timken Testing Machine:
PX3 Xtreme Oil Booster has changed the rules on benefits from additives. PX3 Xtreme Oil Booster is a specially formulated Synthetic Lubricant enhancer made from a combination of poly alpha olefin (PAO) base stock containing a proprietary, ash-less, organic-synthetic poly atomic ion formula. When used in conjunction with today’s available API and non-API certified motor oils, helps increase the motor oils’ functional abilities to; reduce friction, wear and heat, through heat activated chemistry providing better, cooling, sealing, anti-wear, oxidation, corrosion protection while maintaining viscosity over a longer period of time.
A simple and effective demonstration has been devised to show the benefits of PX3 Xtreme Oil Booster.
This demonstration incorporates the use of an ASTM D3233 (American Society of Testing Methods) Falex-Timken Bearing Machine that measures in foot/pounds the amount of torque required to determine the weld point of each competing lubricant.
Each product can be tested separately by pouring it directly onto the spinning wheel/race, made of Timken hardened steel (See picture below). When conducting this test, it has been found that most of the competitive motor oils performed similar and the bearing stops almost immediately when 90 ft lbs of torque is applied. When PX3 Oil Booster is added to the motor oil, the bearing spins freely up to the machines maximum load of 390 ft lbs with usually no direct failure. This Falex Machine demonstration has been used at Trade Shows and Training Seminars and has consistently produced comparable results backed by extensive laboratory testing, real world Dynamometer, and on-track testing: proving PX3’s superior lubricating performance.
